The successful individual will be responsible for interpreting regulations and identifying any gaps within the policy.

Responsibilities

  • Review and analyse financial regulations to help determine impact assessments within each region
  • Coordinate large working groups and drive relationships internally
  • Project manage a team of individuals and help drive regulatory implementation within the EMEA region
  • Active involvement with documentation for new regulations, impact analysis and gap assessment
  • Create presentations to be delivered to senior stakeholders
  • Execute and support implementation plans
  • Work closely with compliance and legal to execute initiatives

Experience

  • Previous regulatory change experience within Banking essential
  • Operated in complex regulatory environments
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders with changing priorities
  • Previous experience interpreting and applying regulatory compliance requirements
  • Project management experience
