Job Description:

  • Experienced as SAP Ariba Solutions Architect Lead working in a global organization, having P2P implementation experience (is must), and working with customers in diverse cultural environments.
  • At least 4 to 5 End to End implementation in Ariba applications such as Buying & Invoicing, Guided Buying, Catalog management and migration.
  • Must have experience in Requirement gathering, Business Design Documentation, Requirement Tracking and Validation.
  • Must have knowledge on activation of Ariba. PR, PO process, setting up workflow approvals, Master, and transactional data set up and integration.
  • Ariba P2P Master Data Management. Tax configuration and set up experience is must for invoicing.
  • Ariba requisition migration and other data migration experience is mandatory.
  • In-depth understanding of cloud technologies and related aspects of Procurement life cycle management.
  • Ariba P2P Integration knowledge with S/4 HANA using Cloud Integration Gateway. CIG knowledge is additional benefit.
  • Co-ordination with SAP shared service person on any customization/enablement for realm enablement as well as process configuration
  • Should lead & manage UAT, SIT and production cutover activity till the project Go-live.
  • SAP Ariba Downstream (Buying & Invoicing), Guided Buying.
  • Ariba legacy data migration (Requisition/Open PO)
  • Ariba Cloud Integration Gateway
  • Experienced in open requisition/PO migration, CIG issue monitoring, Data extraction and mapping.
  • Hands-on experience in architecting and integrating all aspects of Source to Pay (STP) solutions for global deployments and must have SAP ECC experience
  • Good understanding of business solution capabilities such as Ariba, in the areas of Source to Contract, Supplier Management, Requisition to Pay, Spend Analytics, Meetings Management, Cards, and Travel & Expense
  • Strong Knowledge on-demand solutions and hands-on experience in configuring the following areas but not limited to SAP solutions:


  1. SAP Ariba Sourcing
  2. SAP Ariba Contracts Management
  3. SAP Ariba Requisition to Pay
  4. SAP ERP and/or S/4HANA Sourcing and Procurement
  5. Ariba Network


  • Experience in business process re-engineering, Tax Integration Tools (i.e. OneSource) and S/4HANA Sourcing and Procurement transformations
  • Excellent understanding of business complexity and project interdependencies
