The Role: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Area Sales Manager to drive sales of our ventilation products to the Social Housing sector. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase market share and revenue within the assigned territory.
  • Identify and prioritize key accounts and prospects, establishing and nurturing relationships with decision-makers and influencers.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our ventilation products.
  • Provide technical support and assistance to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and support of products and services to customers.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and bids in response to customer requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our brand and network with potential clients.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably selling electrical or building products.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Technical aptitude and the ability to understand and articulate the features and benefits of ventilation products.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
