Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead and manage carbon retrofit projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and contingency planning.
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues or changes promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and best practices related to carbon retrofitting.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including housing associations, local authorities, and residents.
  • Promote awareness and understanding of carbon reduction initiatives among team members and clients.


Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in project management, preferably within the construction or social housing sector.
  • An understanding of current legislation relating to carbon retrofit works such as PAS 2030/2035.
  • Strong understanding of carbon retrofit practices and energy efficiency measures.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards in the UK housing and construction industry.
