Key Responsibilities of the successful candidate will include:

Diary Management

  • Efficiently manage the Managing Director’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and ensure timely reminders.


Email Management

  • Monitor and prioritise emails for the Managing Director.
  • Draft and respond to emails on their behalf.


Meeting Preparation and Follow-Up

  • Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and presentations.
  • Take minutes during meetings and follow up on action items.


General Administrative Support

  • Assist other business functions with administrative tasks.
  • Prepare reports, data, and information as needed.
  • Maintain business systems (Sharepoint, Microsoft Teams, CRM) and ensure data accuracy.

Desirable

It would be desirable but not mandatory for the successful candidate to have previous experience using marketing campaign software for newsletters and outbound marketing campaigns.
