What You'll Do

The Sales Director role is responsible for achieving revenue targets and retaining a loyal client base. The successful candidate will have a client centric approach; delivering services, solutions and strategies that represent value for our clients. They are a key part of the Front Office team and as such will be expected to work in line with the company’s strategy as well as contributing fresh strategic ideas that can benefit the business.


Responsibilities include:

  • Generate a sales pipeline from new and existing clients from across the financial markets; leveraging personal network and external partners. Taking responsibility for achieving revenue growth for your portfolio.
  • Drive sales origination and lead generation efforts with new potential clients through cold-calling and other innovative methods of connectivity.
  • Perform regular follow-up calls and emails to move potential clients through the sales process.
  • Produce sales pitch documents, and implement a well-defined pre and post sales process.
  • Feed into product development roadmap – notably collaborating with Product in the sharing of feedback from clients.
  • Representing the business at external events.


What You'll Need

  • Solid track record of Sales experience within a SaaS trading system / FinTech business.
  • Understanding and/or significant interest in the Cryptocurrency and Digital Asset market. Ideally experience selling Crypto or Digital Asset solutions.
  • Understanding of financial markets and trading of financial products such as FX or Equities is beneficial.
  • Strong entrepreneurial skills and a natural ability to spot opportunities for revenue generation.
  • Excellent networking and business development skills.
  • Excellent communication and written skills.
  • High attention to detail, proactive and dynamic.
  • Ability to work collaboratively, in a fast-paced environment.
