Our client, a highly respected financial services company in the City of London, is looking for a CTO Analyst to assist the CTO in providing strategic technological planning which will shape the way the IT organization delivers value to the business.


You will support the CTO Office and the CTO, ensuring a consistent, and effective approach, on how the overall IT organisation operates and delivers value to the business. The CTO Office remains impartial and separate to the larger IT function but provides a more strategic function that looks cross-enterprise to improve the IT function.


Responsibilities include:


  • Strategy, Planning - content planning, Operations
  • Headcount management, Workforce management and Operating Queries.
  • Board Communications and working to produce strategic and regulatory focussed material


Key Skills Required:


  • Have worked in a Top 20 Consultancy (Big4 and Boutique) or an Investment Bank, Trading Houses, Financial Services (Fast-paced environments)
  • Candidates will need to demonstrate the ability to use the IT function to implement business change
  • Strong Power BI and Powerpoint experience
  • Communications experience (across all departments; finance, marketing, regulatory and IT)
  • Attention to detail with Strong organisational skills
  • Stakeholder management experience (CxO, C-Level, CTO, CIO)
  • Broad understanding and experience of IT department functions, tasks and modes of operation.
  • Knowledge of waterfall and agile delivery models
  • Excellent Knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint (Advanced Level)
  • Academic and Professional Qualifications - Degree-level educated
