This firm is now seeking to grow their West End team with the appointment of a Senior Analyst


The Role:


They are looking for a Senior Analyst to join their team, with responsibility for investment and asset management appraisals, combined with the presentation and communication skills to communicate strategies to the Investment Committee. The portfolio is residential / living sector weighted, but there will also own assets including shopping centres and hotels.


Responsibilities:


  • Produce Excel discounted cashflows to appraise investments across the UK, within sectors including Living, Shopping Centre and Hotels
  • Participate in Investment Committee meetings and present financial reporting, and strategic insights, within these meetings
  • Full life-cycle exposure – you will also be involved in appraising existing development and asset management work to ensure business plans are met/exceeded
  • Playing a pivotal role in producing investment memorandum and supporting documentation across the transaction
  • Work effectively in a lean, entreprenurial and fast-paced environment where self-sufficiency is vital to perform well


Requirements:


  • Strong Excel financial modelling skills – the ability to construct a bespoke cashflow to ascertain a levered and unlevered IRR, in addition to modelling promote structures
  • Strong presentation skills with the use of Powerpoint and/or PowerBI
  • Very strong interpersonal skills including at Board level - exhibiting the ability to react effectively to any critiques in an investment proposal, etc
  • Work well in a collaborative and driven environment
