Meraki Talent’s client is currently seeking a Portfolio Monitoring Manager to join their business on a permanent basis. Our client is a leading Global Asset Management firm. They invest in both public and private markets with most growth in recent years being driven by their Alternatives Investment department. As part of ongoing growth and development in their Private Credit Debt Portfolios a position has been established for a Portfolio Monitoring Manager. The debt portfolios cover both Direct Lending and Infrastructure Asset Classes.

The purpose of this role is to monitor and track the performance of existing investments and to undertake investor report for all clients. The role will be supported by two analysts who the position has supervision of.

Key outcomes:

  • Ensuring strong oversight of the portfolio and early identification of deteriorating risk positions through communication with portfolio companies
  • Work with the wider Investment team to ensure the portfolio monitoring is managed in an effective way and the info on the portfolio is readily available
  • Ensure transaction remain in policy with risk limits, investment restrictions and to monitor the KPIs of loans
  • Ensure quarterly reporting is produced and completed in an accurate and timely manner
  • Liaise with back office and AIFMD providers
  • Undertake stress-test and reviews

For this role we are seeking a talented Senior Manager who has extensive experience in Credit Analysis and knowledge of Infrastructure. Restructuring experience would be beneficial as would a management and/or coaching skill set for leading the team.
