We are curretly looking for somone to own both the Talent Management and Leadership Development offering (Top100) within a global matrix professional services organisation.


More about the role:


  • Engages, manages, and builds relationships with various stakeholders including People Partners, subject matter experts and end-users, to gather input, feedback, and requirements for product development at an agreed frequency and cadence.
  • The role develops a set of global leadership development products that support the skills and behaviours required for each leadership level. The role is also responsible for reviewing and enhancing our global approach to talent management and drives key cyclical TM processes.
  • Collaborates with key stakeholders to develop a set of leadership learning products/solutions to ensure they are globally applicable and scalable.
  • Partners with the wider People Leadership to develop, forecasts, manages and tracks budgets for leadership learning product development and maintenance. Allocate resources effectively to prioritise high- impact initiatives and optimise return on investment.
  • Creates the leadership learning product roadmap that outlines the direction, priorities, and timeline for the development and enhancement of leadership learning products and solutions.
  • Leads the end-to-end development process for leadership learning products, which includes defining product requirements, cross functional collaborating with the digital learning specialist, technology specialists, project managers and marketing professionals to oversee content creation, and ensuring the quality of deliverables.
  • Conducts thorough learning needs analysis to identify gaps in knowledge and skills across the organisation, leveraging both qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Defines key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and impact of leadership learning products on employee performance, skill development, and organisational outcomes.
  • Plans and executes product launches, including developing marketing materials, conducting training sessions, and driving adoption among target audiences.
  • Evaluates and manages relationships with external vendors that complement internal capabilities, ensuring clear ways of working are established
  • On occasion and where appropriate, identifies and addresses specific learning needs related to specialised skill sets, knowledge domains, or industry-specific expertise within the organisation. Collaborates with subject matter experts (SMEs) to design and facilitate targeted learning experiences that address the unique requirements of different departments or job roles.
  • Conducts market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, best practices, emerging technologies, and new methodologies in learning and development.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.
  • Demonstratable experience in a Leadership strategy, Leadership development and Talent Management role, with significant experience in designing and implementing global leadership development and talent management programmes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated experience in using data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of leadership programmes and make data-driven decisions.
  • A strong customer focus, with the ability to understand the needs of learners and develop learning experiences that meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
  • A deep understanding of leadership development principles, instructional design, and technologies. A deep understanding of talent management practices and building a global service.
  • A passion for learning and development, with a continuous improvement mindset and a willingness to learn new skills and stay up to date with industry trends.
  • Experience working in a global, matrixed organisation, with the ability to navigate complex structures and cultural differences.
