We are looking for a passionate, dynamic and committed F&B Supervisor to join our team.

As a F&B Supervisor, you will be responsible for assisting with managing operations of all F&B outlets to deliver an excellent Guest experience. You will also be required to manage and train team members.


Your responsibilities:


  • Supervise and the F&B department and its outlets
  • Ensure that all food and beverage service is of the highest quality and that guests receive excellent service.
  • Support and develop food and beverage team members, ensuring they are knowledgeable of menu offerings and service standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and efficient operations.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and standards.
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Be familiar with and adhere with the licensing laws.
  • Ensure that sufficient levels of equipment are maintained to service the business, i.e. glass, stock, skips, measures, etc.
  • Act upon any positive / negative comments from clients and reports to the F&B Manager
  • Ensure that all areas covered by you are ready in every respect for service at the beginning and throughout every shift.

What we are looking for:


  • A friendly personality
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills. Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage service and industry trends.
  • M&E experience will be a plus
  • Ability to manage a team and delegate tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Pestana Chelsea Bridge Hotel and SPA is a busy 4-star hotel with 217 bedrooms, 8 meeting rooms, restaurant, bar, gym and SPA, situated next to Battersea Power Station and opposite Battersea Park.
