The Role


We’re looking for a Client Director to lead and nurture relationships with our top clients. Your mission will be to ensure client satisfaction, grow partnerships, and maximise retention.

What You’ll Do


  • Strategic Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their business goals are met and exceeded.


  • Drive Growth: Identify and pursue upselling opportunities, delivering tailored solutions that add value and grow client accounts.


  • Reduce Churn: Proactively address client concerns, mitigating risks and ensuring long-term retention.


  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with creative, strategy, and performance teams to deliver exceptional results that align with client objectives.


  • Client Advocacy: Serve as the voice of the client within the agency, ensuring their needs are represented and prioritised.


  • Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback, refine processes, and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and account performance.


What You’ll Need


  • Experience: 6+ years in client services within ad agencies, media agencies, or social agencies.


  • Proven Success: A track record of maintaining and growing high-value client relationships, with measurable results in upselling and retention.


  • Strategic Mindset: Ability to see the big picture, aligning client goals with broader business strategies.


  • Exceptional Communication: Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility.


  • Leadership Skills: Confidence in leading conversations with C-suite executives and guiding internal teams to deliver excellence.


  • Problem-Solving Expertise: Adept at identifying challenges and delivering creative, effective solutions.


  • Results-Oriented: Relentless focus on achieving and exceeding KPIs, both for clients and the agency.
