Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated Cyber Security Team Lead to join our client in a fast-paced, global environment. This role involves managing and leading a diverse team of security professionals (Analysts & Engineers) while ensuring the effective operation of cyber security initiatives across multiple regions. You will be responsible for incident response, strategic delivery, and the continuous improvement of our security practices, ensuring they align with industry standards and stakeholder expectations.


Examples of Responsibilities:

  • Technology & Team Management: Act as the primary contact for all cyber security operations issues and escalations within the UK region and provide support to other regions as needed, and oversee daily operations, including threat and vulnerability management, secure configuration, and incident detection and response, ensuring high performance from team members across different regions.
  • Incident Response: Lead and enhance incident response plans, collaborate with subject matter experts, and manage the Cyber Security Incident Team during global incidents.
  • Security Best Practices: Advise on and ensure adherence to cyber security best practices and compliance with relevant certifications and regulations.


Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in a Team Lead role in a Cyber or IT setting.
  • Experience in delivering BAU work as well as project work.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a track record of effective stakeholder engagement and collaboration.
