As our Cyber Security Operations Team Leader, you'll be at the forefront of protecting the organisation from emerging threats. You will manage and guide a skilled team, ensuring that the cyber security operations run smoothly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:



*Technical Leadership: Be the go-to expert for all cyber security issues, driving incident response, problem management, and advising on best practices.

*Team Management: Supervise a diverse team, allocate resources strategically, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.

*Service Excellence: Ensure high-quality service delivery, smooth change management, and the continuous enhancement of security operations.

*Agile Methodology: Lead Agile ceremonies, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain adaptability in a dynamic environment.

*Communication: Serve as the communication bridge between stakeholders and your team, ensuring transparency and clarity in all projects.




Your experience and background:



*Proven Cyber Security Expertise: Hands-on experience in cyber security operations and a strong technical background.

*Leadership Experience: Demonstrated success in leading and developing technical teams, ideally in a global setting.

*Agile Project Management: Experience in delivering initiatives and managing small projects within Agile frameworks.

*Problem-Solving Skills: A proactive approach to identifying risks and implementing solutions, even under pressure.



Desirable Skills:




*Experience with SIEM, Endpoint Detection & Response, DLP, and other security tools.

*Relevant Cyber Security qualifications.
