About the Role
We are looking for a self-motivated individual to join our Customer Service Team. In this part-time role, you will manage queries from the public and stakeholders, resolve issues, and escalate as needed. The position involves a shared schedule of days to cover the week, with a crossover day for service continuity.
What You'll Do
- Registrations: Responsible for processing new customer registrations, updating records, generating invoices, and managing additional product orders within the CRM system.
- Customer Support: Handle and close out queries from the public and stakeholders in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring high standards of customer service.
- Team Collaboration: Work within a close-knit, high-performing team, maintaining positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate
- We are looking for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and delivers outstanding customer service. Strong communication and problem-solving skills, along with experience in CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, are highly desirable.

What We're offering:
Annual Base Salary between: 24,500 to £27,000 pro rata
Generous Time Off: 25 days annual leave, 1 Volunteer Day, 3 additional Christmas leave days, plus all UK public holidays.
