My client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to spearhead a range of projects, focusing on digital transformation throughout their organisation. The primary aim of this role is to ensure the successful implementation of key projects that enhance operational efficiency and improve services.

The Project Manager will oversee all aspects of these projects, from planning to completion, including budget management, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership. You will also manage projects that span various departments, ensuring a unified approach to achieving organisational goals.

The ideal candidate will be adept at developing and managing detailed project plans to monitor and track progress throughout the project lifecycle. In this role, you will handle one large project alongside several smaller ones, ensuring timely completion within scope and budget. You must consistently align with my client's values and behaviour frameworks to maintain a genuinely values-driven organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the successful coordination and delivery of business and technical projects on time, within budget and quality
  • Continuously demonstrate excellent project management and delivery
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Develop a detailed project plans to set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor progress
  • Stakeholder and interdependency management, working across multiple external suppliers for specialist skills
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques

Qualifications/Key Skills:

  • Experience with housing management systems such as Civiva, Orchard or MRI
  • Project management qualifications such as LSS Green/Blackbelt, PRINCE2, APM, CAPM.
  • Desirable: Experience in the public sector/3rd sector and managing digital transformation projects.
