Overview:


Working for a leading hospitality sector training provider, you will support hospitality professionals achieve qualifications at levels 2/3. You will receive a holistic induction and ongoing training to support your transition into the training sector.


A typical week:


  • Manage & support a caseload of learners
  • Deliver face to face & online coaching
  • Engage with internal & external stakeholders
  • Plan & deliver engaging training sessions


You'll need the following:


  • Level 2 or 3 in Hospitality (desirable)
  • Food & beverage, Front of House & Back of House experience
  • Confidence with the ability to motivate & develop others
  • Interest or experience in teaching/training
  • Car driver
