Responsibilities will include:


  • Develop and execute effective email marketing campaigns that align with the company's overall marketing objectives and KPIs.
  • Help to grow clients through email marketing by identifying their goals, creating innovative campaign strategies, setting up & launching emails
  • Build effective target audiences and segments for every message to drive engagement and revenue performance against KPI goals.
  • Reviewing our former campaigns to ascertain areas of strength and weakness, which could inform subsequent outputs.
  • Review and analyse data to ensure it is cleansed to improve engagement levels
  • Use customer data such as web-behavior to drive the message and content personalisation
  • Manage and optimise all email marketing automation flows to maximise customer engagement and conversion rates.
  • Devise and conduct regular A/B testing to improve email performance, including subject lines, content, and calls-to-action and manage testing calendar.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure email communications are aligned with wider marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure all email communications comply with data protection laws and regulations.
  • Provide regular reports (weekly) and analysis on email performance, including open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and revenue.
  • Continuously monitor industry trends and best practices to identify new opportunities to improve email marketing effectiveness.
  • Constantly look for new ways to improve overall programs through new technology, tools, partners, trends, and best practices.


Must Have:


  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar email marketing role.
  • Highly competent in using HubSpot or similar email marketing automation platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience in successfully leading email projects from conception to execution.
  • Experience in A/B testing and email campaign optimisation.
  • Strong copywriting skills, with the ability to craft engaging and compelling email content.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to juggle several writing projects at the same time
  • Self-motivated and able to work autonomously
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Team player
  • Have genuine enthusiasm for marketing and copywriting
  • You are a natural problem solver and have a can-do attitude when faced with new challenges

  • Knowledge of insurance / financial products is a bonus but full training will be provided to ensure you are an expert on this topic
