My client, a global law firm, is actively recruiting for an experienced and professional Paralegal to join them on a permanent basis in their London office – working as there new Real Estate Paralegal.


This firm consists of over 2,500 Lawyers – spread across over 45 offices worldwide. Their London office has seen consistent growth since opening over 15 years ago, becoming a power-house of a full-service practice.


As the successful Real Estate Paralegal, you’ll be responsible for (but not limited to) the following:


  • Working closely with Fee-Earners on a daily basis
  • Drafting, negotiating and completing a range of legal real estate documentation (commercial leases, deeds, side letters, Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 paperwork, licenses, wayleave agreements + much more)
  • Assisting with giving advice to clients on ad-hoc queries
  • Conducting Land Registry applications
  • Submitting SDLT forms
  • Assisting with billing arrangements
  • Maintaining and utilising the firm’s database

To be considered for this Real Estate Paralegal opportunity, you must have/be the following:


  • Be degree educated (LLB 2:1 or GDL minimum)
  • Have previous experience working within Real Estate (as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant)
  • Have previous experience of commercial landlord and tenant matters (essential)
  • Be familiar with Land Registry and HMRC stamp duty forms
  • Be able to commute to the London office a number of times per week
