Exceptional client service skills are crucial here; you’ll be the go-to for client relationships, working directly with clients while mentoring two account managers with guidance from the Business Directors and a Client Service Director.


Based in central London, the creative work they do is best described as brand development with a digital twist You’ll play a central role in the Digital Specialist team within the Brand Development unit, helping to build standout digital brand experiences across development projects, websites, experiential, content strategy, and social media. Experience in these areas? Essential. A passion for sustainability? Even better - this is a proud B-Corp agency


As a Senior Account Manager, you’ll handle a mix of large-scale accounts with multiple projects - so keep that passport handy Occasional travel will be part of the role to meet clients who love a face-to-face connection. You’ll oversee integrated projects with plenty of moving parts; production knowledge will be a bonus for those complex rollouts
