As a Practice Lead you will be responsible for managing and growing our NetSuite Practice. You'll play a key role in resourcing multiple projects, providing strategic direction and managing a team. You will be instrumental in leading successful sales initiatives, drive innovation by developing new solutions, as well as manage the practice’s pipeline to ensure continued growth.


What will you be doing?


Here’s an idea of what your day will look like:


  • Managing the relationship between VantagePoint and our partners
  • Overseeing the consulting team - supporting development etc.
  • Managing resourcing across a portfolio of projects
  • Supporting as a solution architect on client engagements
  • Acting as a project sponsor on smaller consulting engagements
  • Driving innovation in the technology(ies) that VantagePoint works with, developing new solutions and IP
  • Managing the pipeline of the practice, and ensuring continued growth in pipeline
  • Driving successful sales processes


A summary of the experience required:


Essential:

  • Has implemented and led 10+ end to end NetSuite projects
  • 5+ years in technology consulting
  • NetSuite Financials experience
  • Experience in implementing NetSuite in large multi-national organisations
  • Understanding of the wider ERP system landscape (other ERP solutions and supplementary products)
  • Demonstrated project leadership
  • Demonstrated commercial leadership
  • Worked in relationship management roles


Desirable:

  • Has prior experience in managing a NetSuite consulting practice
  • Experience in other NetSuite modules
