They are helping businesses to revolutionize how they approach eCommerce sales on social media platforms. They are a Social Commerce Agency & distribution business. They provide end-to-end solutions and state-of-the-art technology. They're now investing in TikTok Shop on which their clients will be able to sell.


The ideal candidate is a Social Commerce Manager, i.e. has sold consumer goods on social media platforms, specifically *TikTok Shop* This role focuses on affiliate & influencer marketing.


This is a permanent full-time hybrid position, working in their central London (Zone 1) office 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday).


The Social Commerce Manager / TikTok Shop Manager / Affiliate Marketing Manager will:


  • Establish new partnerships with content creators and influencers across different social media channels.
  • Develop strong relationships with those influencers to secure continuing collabs and brand loyalty.
  • Manage campaign development & execution: Collaborate with content creators & influencers & manage execution of influencer-led social commerce campaigns.
  • Performance tracking & optimisation
  • Develop creative content strategies & coordinate with internal teams
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends on TikTok



The Social Commerce Manager / TikTok Shop Manager / Affiliate Marketing Managershould have:


  • *Some experience with TikTok Shop* is essential; Driving revenue growth on TikTok Shop through eCommerce sales
  • Sourced and managed affiliate content creators on TikTok
  • A desire to work in affiliate & influencer marketing; some prior experience is ideal
  • Experience managing influencer campaigns & building relationships with content creators
  • Experience or comfortability working with a small team (3 people)
