We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Product Manager to lead the product vision, strategy, and execution of AI-powered Platforms. You will play a critical role in shaping the future of AI-powered solutions, working closely with a talented team of engineers, designers, and data scientists. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on a rapidly growing platform within a dynamic and innovative environment.
What you’ll be doing:
Vision Setting:
- Develop and champion a compelling product vision and strategy for the AI Platform, aligning with overall company goals and market trends.
- Conduct thorough market research, customer analysis, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and unmet needs.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in AI, machine learning, and e-commerce
Roadmap Creation & Backlog Planning:
- Translate the product vision into a clear and actionable roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives based on value, feasibility, and strategic alignment.
- Manage and maintain a prioritized product backlog, ensuring it reflects the latest product strategy and stakeholder feedback.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and data science to define detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and release plans.
Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including executive leadership
- Effectively communicate product vision, roadmap, and progress updates to stakeholders at all levels.
- Proactively gather and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to foster alignment and buy-in
Work with the Development Team:
- Partner closely with the engineering team throughout the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and iteration.
- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews to provide product guidance and ensure timely delivery.
- Remove roadblocks and facilitate communication between the product and engineering teams.
Manage Expectations & Evaluate Value:
- Set realistic expectations with stakeholders regarding timelines, resources, and deliverables.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the platform and individual features.
- Analyse product usage data and gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Continuously iterate on the product based on data-driven insights and user feedback.
What we want from you:
- Extensive experience in product management, with a proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products.
- Experience working within a large-scale organization, navigating complex stakeholder relationships and decision-making processes.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus across different teams and levels.
- Ability to work autonomously, taking ownership of initiatives and driving them to completion with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Passion for AI, machine learning, and the future of e-commerce.
- Experience with agile development methodologies.
