Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Clinical Safety Officer at Health Call Solutions. The role involves ensuring digital clinical safety in all products and services, conducting risk assessments, monitoring compliance with regulations, and providing clinical safety consultancy. This role is primarily located in Newcastle Upon Tyne but offers flexibility for remote work.


Qualifications

  • Health & Safety, Occupational Health, and Safety Training skills
  • Experience in accident investigation and security protocols
  • Strong understanding of clinical safety principles and regulations
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Certification in clinical safety management
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Nursing, or related field


Key Responsibilities

  • Management of all safety related activities.
  • Embed a clinical safety culture across the organisation.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain all activities with DCB 0129,
  • Clinical Risk Management: its Application in the Manufacture of Health Systems and where appropriate meet the requirements of DCB 0160
  • Engagement with multidisciplinary clinical professionals within pathway developments, to ensure robust safety processes are in place as outlined in the DCB0129.
