About the Role:

As a Social Media Strategist, You'll play a key role in planning and executing our clients social media content strategy. You'll work directly with the Senior Content Manager to keep their social media channels active and engaging, ensuring that creators, podcasters, and marketers are aware of the brand.


Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement a strategy for social media channels, with a strong focus on TikTok and Instagram, to engage creators and encourage them to try the suite of tools.
  • Collaborate with the Content Strategist, freelancers, and agencies to produce video, visual, and written content.
  • Track and analyze the performance of social media channels, consistently working towards increasing follower count and engagement.
  • Work with the Senior Content Manager to develop and curate content for LinkedIn.
  • Continuously learn from target communities to create relevant and authentic content.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 3+ years in social media marketing, preferably in a B2C, marketing agency, or SaaS environment.
  • Proven experience in not only running social media accounts but also in growing and maintaining highly engaging channels.
  • Hands-on experience in creating short-form video content, such as TikToks, Reels, and YouTube Shorts, is highly desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail in both copywriting and design, ensuring high-quality assets are delivered.
  • A genuine interest in podcasting, YouTubing, streaming, or other content creation is highly advantageous.
  • A data-driven mindset that leverages analytics to inform creative decisions and optimize content performance.
  • Experience with project management tools like Trello and Jira to document workflows and maintain a structured approach.
