We’re on the Hunt for a Social Media Maestro


Do you know the social landscape inside and out? Are you a creative strategist who can turn every podcast episode into a digital sensation?


This role requires a Social Media Manager who combines creativity, analytics, and strategic insight to drive their podcasts growth.


Role Overview:

  • Boost Episode Engagement: Partner with Head of Social to create buzz for each episode across multiple shows, crafting compelling promotional content that captivates audiences
  • Expand Digital Content: Identify standout clips and execute growth strategies to engage and expand our community across various platforms
  • Engage & Refine: Actively interact with our online communities, leverage influencers, and use feedback to fine-tune our promotional tactics
  • Innovate: Lead with fresh, groundbreaking strategies that push the boundaries of conventional social media tactics


Required Experience:

Proven Social Media Expertise: Track record of growing engagement and audience size across Growth Hacker: Detail-oriented with a passion for hacking growth beyond traditional methods Strong Analytical Skills: Proficiency in using analytics tools to drive performance improvements. Content Creation Proficiency: Top-notch skills in crafting engaging, high-quality content

Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute strategies that align with overall marketing goals

Exceptional Communication: Craft compelling messages and engage effectively with the community

Adaptability & Creativity: Innovative thinker who adapts to trends and experiments with new ideas

Passion for Podcasting: Knowledge of the podcasting industry and audience behaviors.

  • 2+ years in social media and content management, ideally in media or podcasting.
  • Experience collaborating with diverse teams and external agencies.
  • Multimedia production skills including graphic design and video editing.
  • Proven experience with influencer partnerships.
