A fabulous opportunity for a Receptionist to join a leading, international Private Equity Firm located in the heart of Central London.


This is a part time (4 days/week) role, for 9 months. Applicants must have 3 years or more experience in a Receptionist/Front of House role in a corporate environment and be able to start a role as soon as possible.


A £3,000 bonus is included should the successful candidate complete the entirety of the maternity cover contract.


Typical duties include:

  • Front of house reception duties
  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • First point of contact for telephone calls
  • Answering incoming calls and transferring to relevant departments
  • Responding to emails
  • Providing administration support to the team
  • Arranging internal and external meetings
  • Diary management, booking meeting rooms
