Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting: Identify and research potential business opportunities and key decision-makers within target companies.
  • Cold Calling: Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients, effectively communicate our value proposition, and generate interest in our SaaS solutions.
  • Lead Qualification: Qualify leads to determine their potential and readiness for a deeper sales conversation.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain and update an accurate sales pipeline, ensuring all interactions are documented in our CRM system.
  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies tailored to each prospect.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for cold calls, qualified leads, and closed deals.
  • Feedback Loop: Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams regarding market trends, customer needs, and potential product enhancements.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or inside sales, in a B2B SaaS/Software environment.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • High level of resilience and the ability to handle rejection.
  • Attributes:
  • Self-motivated with a hunter mentality.
  • Goal-oriented and driven by results.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
