About the Role:


You will be working closely with our experienced teams as part of the ongoing decommissioning efforts. This role offers hands-on learning and growth in a highly regulated environment. Prior experience in nuclear decommissioning is not required, as all necessary training will be provided on the job. The work involves wearing RPE (Respiratory Protective Equipment) and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) while maintaining high safety and operational standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the decommissioning teams in daily operations.
  • Participate in routine care and maintenance tasks.
  • Assist with environmental health and safety (EHS) measurements.
  • Supervise contractors and monitor site activities as required.


Essential Skills and Requirements:

  • Basic computer literacy
  • Physical ability to wear RPE and PPE
  • Manual handling capability (up to 18kg)
  • Reliable and committed to safety and excellence.
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to follow established procedures diligently.


Desirable Skills:

  • Forklift licence.
  • UK driving licence
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
