JOB DESCRIPTION

Based in London the Account Manager will report directly to the Head Commercial & Operations and be tasked with delivering revenue goals and business objectives across a lucrative agency patch.


Responsabilities of the Role

  • Respond to team and client inquiries that demand immediate attention and quick turnaround time
  • Understand the client’s strategies in collaboration with the sales lead to ensure the RFPs match the client’s needs and EXTE’s capabilities
  • Collaborate with the ad ops, media solutions and sales teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery and ensure campaign performance
  • Attend and participate in client meetings, weekly hot desks etc…
  • Oversee advertising campaigns, and make suggestions on how best to reach your client’s goals
  • Monitor, anticipate and solve campaign-related issues
  • Strategize with other team members to come up with ways to improve campaign performance and be in the top performer
  • Provide delivery reports detailing campaign status on a recurring basis and quarter business reviews to key clients
  • Lead troubleshooting for live campaigns


The ideal candidate will

  • Bring between 2 and 4 years of experience in the digital media ecosystem
  • Have an understanding of media agencies and be passionate about media and online advertising.
  • Display excellent customer service skills and ability to resolve queries efficiently, effectively and courteously.
  • Be confident self-starter, able to learn quickly, use their own initiative and motivated to get the job done effectively.
  • Harness a positive, solution-driven mentality always and with a proactive, can-do attitude
  • Poses good technical knowledge and understanding of ad-serving and tracking technology.
  • Has solid grasp of arithmetic, percentages and decimals, and performance analysis.
  • Shows strong communication and interpersonal skills. Impeccably spoken and written English.
