HRLife are working exclusively with a growing business going through a period of change to find their next Talent Acquisition Partner. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who can work at pace, is resilient, knows what good looks like and wants to help drive and shape the TA function.


You will have great stakeholder management experience, be pro-active and have previous experience of managing a full end to end recruitment process previously in the UK. As an expert recruiter, you will be able to advise and coach managers on the best recruitment methods, ensuring the best talent is attracted and hired whilst providing a best-in-class candidate experience.


Your key responsibilities will include;


  • Work closely with hiring managers, senior leaders, and key stakeholders to understand the business strategy and resourcing needs
  • Provide current insight on market trends, competitors and proven talent acquisition strategies
  • Conduct targeted approaches and pro-active sourcing to identify and engage with high-calibre and relevant candidates for senior roles
  • Use a variety of sourcing strategies, including direct sourcing, networking and industry research to build a strong network of talent
  • Develop and implement innovative and fair selection approaches through structured interviews and assessment tools to ensure alignment with company values and behaviours
  • Build and ensure an enviable and recognised candidate experience where candidates proactively approach the business
  • Monitor and analyse compensation packages and competitor benchmarks to provide insights and recommendations to the leadership team and HR Business Partners
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics and insights, providing regular updates to stakeholders
  • Be responsible for delivering on end-to-end recruitment process from taking a brief to offer accept, providing timely feedback to both candidates and hiring managers
  • Use data, analytics and direct feedback to drive continuous improvement throughout the recruitment process


This is an exciting opportunity to join an existing team, help support colleagues to drive the function forward and create an industry leading TA function. Able to influence, positively challenge, add value and bring new ideas to the team and drive change in a constantly evolving market is key. A background in a business that has grown and scaled would also be a distinct advantage.


Office based 4 days, 1 day at home.


Salary £64-74k plus benefits package.
