London London, UK, United Kingdom Imperial London Hotels Careers Full time
*Cluster Revenue Manager*
*Imperial London Hotels Group based at ILH Central Offices*
*40 hours a week - 45, 000 (circa 50,000 depending on experience) + Benefits*
Imperial London Hotels has been running hotels in Central London for over 180 years, currently operating seven 3 & 4-star hotels in the heart of Bloomsbury. Independent and family-owned, ILH has a unique heritage and culture that remains its foundation as it evolves and modernises. The portfolio includes The Royal National Hotel which remains UK largest hotel with over 1,600 rooms, The Bedford Hotel, The President Hotel, The Tavistock Hotel, The Morton Hotel and our newly acquired IHG Branded Holiday Inn Bloomsbury. Following a major refurbishment, The Imperial Hotel will open as ILH flagship 4* Deluxe Hotel in 2026.
*We are now recruiting for a Cluster Revenue Manager based in the heart of Bloomsbury to join our vibrant and multi-cultural team**. *
Do you love revenue management but often feel there is a better way of 'doing things' ?
Do you love to test and learn new ideas or tools but can't/ won't because budget targets are so stretched you can't take the risk that something will not work?
Do you often look at the rates in the market and think they seem unfair but must go with them (or even exceed them) to stay 'competitive'?
Have you ever thought (or been told) that maybe you shouldn't be a revenue manager because you are 'too nice'?
If yes then we want to hear from you
We are Imperial London Hotels, and we want to rewrite the traditional hospitality mentality. We are looking for like-minded individuals, with an 'entrepreneurial spirit' and preferably a strong revenue background (but don't let that stop you from applying) who are tired of revenue managing the same way as everyone else.
We have been around for a long time (187 years to be exact) and we are now embarking on our next chapter with a vision 'to put authentic London experiences and memorable stays within everyone's reach'. To help realise our purpose we are, for the first-time, bringing the revenue function in-house. This means you will have a unique chance to put your stamp on how the revenue function works and we can test, learn and grow as a team - a start up mentality in an established business
We have big plans across our family of hotels, and we need someone who shares our excitement of the unknown, while being cautious not to risk too much. Someone who cares about the people in and around our business more than just how much money they can earn us. Someone who looks out for the bottom line - not just the top, so we can keep growing. Want to learn more? Please get in touch - we can't wait to meet you

*Key Duties will include:*
*What we'd like from you*

* To develop and implement effective revenue management strategies to maximise revenue and profitability across the hotel cluster, in line with company values.
* To react swiftly and effectively to changing market conditions.
* To complete, analyse, comment on and distribute daily, monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc reports.
* Consistent review of hotel daily pricing, analysing direct competitors, pace of demand and other influencing factors including our brand value proposition.
* To quote and/or give guidance on group pricing and suitability.
* To grow incremental revenue across all streams.
* Create and execute weekly commercial strategy meetings.
* Complete weekly forecasts showing the true position of the business units.
* Prepare yearly budgets and aid in the creation of the commercial plan in line with company objectives.
*Desirable attributes:*

* 3 years previous experience in a revenue role or 2 years' experience in a cluster revenue manager role.
* Experience in using PMS, RMS and channel managers.
* Advanced excel ability.
* Understanding of the commissions process and cost per acquisition.
*What you will get in return*

* Holidays 28 (inc. of bank holidays) pro-rota increasing with length of service up to 33 days
* Free meals on duty
* Uniform & dry-cleaning
* Workplace pension scheme
* 300 Refer a Friend Scheme
* Employee recognition
* Employee awards
* Social events
* Interest-free Season Ticket Loan / Travelcard Loan
* 50% discount to friends and family in our hotels on hotel rooms & 20% discount in our restaurants (subject to availability)
* Local discounts at Gym, Dry Cleaners, Bowling and Restaurant outlets
* Shopping discounts across several high-street brands and online retailers
* Mental health first aiders support & well-being
* Employee Assistance Programme- Supported by Hospitality Action
*Career & Development Benefits:*

* Training and development through our Imperial London Hotels Academy
* Access to fully funded apprenticeships (subject to eligibility)
* 1,000 for your chosen course for development once you complete our Buddy programme (subject to eligibility)
* Access to Supported Study Scheme (subject to eligibility)
* Annual Free English Course accredited by UCL Centre for Languages & International Education
* Opportunity to explore other roles within Imperial London Hotels after 1 year of service
*Extended Benefits:*

* Technology Scheme (subject to eligibility)
* Cycle to Work Scheme (subject to eligibility)
* Workplace Nursery Scheme (subject to eligibility)
* Electrical Car Scheme for senior management positions only (subject to eligibility)
