Your Role: Making an Impact as (Senior) HR Manager International


As our (Senior) HR Manager International, you will be the key point of contact for all HR-related matters for our international employees and managers in EMEA (excluding DACH) and North America. Your expertise will drive the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, and include responsibility for personnel files, benefits, and international HR initiatives.


Your Main Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the go-to HR contact for international employees and managers, addressing a wide range of HR inquiries and providing effective solutions.
  • Advise management on labor and contractual issues in collaboration with external legal counsel, ensuring best practices across international locations.
  • Prepare and manage employment contracts, references, and other necessary documentation.
  • Lead HR projects focused on Compensation & Benefits, Target Management, and Performance Reviews, optimizing employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Implement and improve strategic, long-term HR initiatives to support sustainable growth, enhancing benefits programs, and advancing employee engagement across global locations.
  • Act as the primary contact for external payroll providers outside the DACH region, ensuring seamless monthly payroll processes.
  • Partner closely with the HR team to continuously enhance HR practices across our global locations and provide support for various international HR initiatives.


What You Bring:

  • Passion for HR: You have a deep interest in HR and bring a degree in Business Administration or a relevant commercial qualification.
  • Experience: You have hands-on experience in a similar HR role, ideally with a focus on international employment.
  • International Labor Law Knowledge: You possess strong knowledge of international labor law.
  • Strategic Mindset: You are proactive and think strategically, with an ability to implement HR processes and benefits that support our company’s long-term goals.
  • Skillful Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills enable you to engage with stakeholders at all levels confidently.
  • Organizational Abilities: Your structured approach and resilience help you manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office and openness to learning new HR systems are a given.
