What you’ll be doing
As Product Operations Manager at Reapit, you will be responsible for aligning roadmap collateral, being the custodian of agile practices, pricing strategies, and go-to-market coordination globally across the product organization. Additionally, you will align marketing activities to ensure a cohesive strategy and execution across the group. You will play a crucial role in driving product success by collaborating with senior leadership, optimizing processes, and ensuring cross-functional alignment.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Collaborate with senior product management and delivery leadership to define and implement product strategies.
- Develop and maintain a global roadmap artefact that is a reflection of each individual product roadmap, in consultation with the respective Heads of Product Management.
Process Improvement:
- Streamline and optimize product development processes to increase efficiency.
- Implement best practices for product management, including agile methodologies.
Cross-functional Coordination:
- Coordinate with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support to ensure product success.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among different teams to ensure alignment.
Performance Monitoring:
- Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for product performance.
- Conduct regular reviews and analysis to assess product performance and identify areas for improvement.
Capital Allocation Management:
- Provide the CPO with business assurance on the capital allocation model’s correct implementation across the group.
Customer Insights and Feedback:
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product development.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks in the product lifecycle and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Product Lifecycle Management:
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond.
- Ensure successful product launches and post-launch analysis.
Reporting and Communication:
- Provide regular updates to senior management on product status, risks, and opportunities.
- Ensure transparent and effective communication across all levels of the organization.
Who we’re looking for

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a product manager.
- Proven experience in go-to-market (GTM) planning and execution.
- Experience creating and managing the product narrative.
- Well-versed in scalable agile frameworks for enterprise, particularly SAFe.
- Key leadership experience within an organization operating SAFe.
- An eye for detail with the ability to communicate complex ideas and solutions simply and effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters in Business (in Similar)
- Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Certifications (or similar)
What your impact and success looks like
As Product Operations Manager we expect your success and impact in the early stages of your career with us to look something like this:
- Within 1 Month: Become proficient in Reapit’s product process and supporting tools, spending time with key stakeholders across the business to gain a holistic understanding of the business and the impact and influence of the product organization. Attend key meetings as part of your onboarding and identify immediate priorities and delivery risks for the product(s) you own, forming plans to address these.
- Within 3 Months: Build excellent working relationships with the UKI Product team, Partnerships team, Platform Engineering team, Marketing team, and wider stakeholder group. Regularly contribute to key meetings and take ownership of elements of product discovery and requirements definition. Serve as the go-to person within the UKI business for the product(s) you own, and maintain a regular cadence of product knowledge sharing across the UKI business. Contribute to defining release note material alongside Product Marketing.
- Within 6 Months: Become a key member of the UKI Product function with Reapit, serving as a source of reference for the product(s) you own and possessing a solid understanding of Reapit’s customers and target market. Consistently deliver high standards of content, predominantly relating to user story definition, discovery work, and backlog management. Demonstrate your ability to engage with customers to assess market and requirements needs.
