About the Job


IT Solution specialist plays key role in process automation & digitalization development, supporting build solutions and business users. This role is comparable to application developer role as well requires analytical skills with understanding business processes. Process Automation team works in close relationship with Business Consulting Teams. To success in this role you need basic understanding of process automation & digitalisation and Microsoft Power Platform tools.


Responsibilities


  • Analyse the customer requirements in collaboration with Business consulting and other related teams/partners.
  • Design and Develop applications and solutions.
  • Create and maintain solution Documentation.
  • Present and demonstrate solutions.
  • Implement custom solutions and support them.
  • Maintain build solutions and seek enhancements.
  • Support platform development, governance and changes.
  • bring new innovative way of working to team.
  • Contribute your know-how and teach colleagues.

Qualifications and Competencies


  • Strong analytical, planning and problem-solving skills
  • Strong knowhow of Office products (SharePoint, PowerApps, Power Automate)
  • Azure, CDS, RPA, SQL, JSON, HTTP REST knowledge seen as advance
  • Abilito to work a highly dynamic team focused towards Digital Transformation
  • Ability to work and succeed in a dynamic and multi-cultural matrix organization
  • Broad understanding of a business or service environment and awareness of the factors that influence business decisions and strategy
  • Strong written and oral presentation skills
  • Fluent command of verbal and written English as the corporate language; knowledge of any other language would be an advantage
