Marketing Automation Specialist

London - Full Time - 6 Month FTC

As a Marketing Automation Specialist at Mitie, you will play a crucial role in driving growth through high-impact email marketing campaigns using HubSpot. You will be a self-driven and dedicated individual with a detailed understanding of Automation in Marketing.


Main Duties

You will developing and executing email marketing programmes, testing campaigns, and deploying strategies to enhance customer relationships and drive growth. You will also:

  • Creating and optimizing nurture programmes through the building of campaigns on HubSpot
  • Ensure a successful integration of marketing automation tools across HubSpot and Salesforce
  • Develop and managing workflows and leads through the sales funnel on Salesforce
  • Monitoring campaigns performances and matching against internal and external stakeholder KPI's
  • Review customer data and behaviours to inform of any strategies and opportunities for new workflows.


What we are looking for?

You will have experience working within a Marketing Automation/ Email Marketing with technical experience using HubSpot is essential as well as knowledge of Salesforce integration.

  • Extensive knowledge of building campaigns on HubSpot
  • Understanding of the customer base and trends
  • Ability to work independently and as a self- starter
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work in tight deadlines and across multiple workstreams
