About the Grants Manager Job


We are searching for a meticulous and proactive Grant Specialist to ensure our grant applications are comprehensive, compelling, and timely. You will play a crucial role in identifying grant opportunities and managing applications for the company, quality-checking automated responses to grants, and providing feedback to the product and development teams. Don't worry if you've not worked in a tech company before, we will help you develop any skills gaps. Grant expertise is the most important thing you'll bring to the team.


Key Responsibilities


  • Conducting thorough quality assurance on all grant applications
  • Completing and refining applications, including critical financial details and descriptions.
  • Overseeing the submission of grants and managing the process from initiation to conclusion, including follow-up and relationship management with funders.
  • Providing continuous feedback to the product and development teams, identifying gaps and suggesting improvements through iterative sprints.


Essential Experience


  • Proven experience in managing and writing grant applications, preferably in a high-tech, non-profit or academic setting.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with financial documentation and budgeting in grant applications.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively collaborating with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • A track record of successful grant applications
