About the role:

As an Event Delivery Coordinator at CMI, you'll be at the heart of driving member engagement and community growth through meticulously planned and executed events. Reporting to the Event Delivery Manager, you'll work closely with various teams to deliver a diverse portfolio of virtual, hybrid, and in-person events, ensuring every detail aligns with CMI's high standards. Your role involves coordinating logistics, managing budgets, enhancing event experiences, speaker liaison and collaborating with key stakeholders to drive success. Responsibilities:

  • Support Event Planning: Assist the Head of Events and Senior Event Manager in developing event plans to increase member engagement and grow the CMI community.
  • Virtual and Hybrid Events: Administer, produce, and deliver virtual events, end to end using CMI’s event delivery platforms and support hybrid event delivery.
  • In-Person Events: Manage the administration, production, and delivery of in-person events from conception through post-event analysis, ensuring adherence to processes, procedures, budgetary controls, and brand standards.
  • Event Portfolio Development: Aid in the development of virtual and hybrid events.
  • Event Administration: Ensure high standards in event administration and follow-up processes, both online and on-site, to meet departmental KPIs.
  • System Optimisation: Ensure effective use of event booking administration and systems.
  • Process Improvement: Evaluate processes and suggest evidence-based improvements based on stakeholder feedback.
  • Marketing Coordination: Work with the marketing team to produce and promote event assets and digital content.
  • CMI Representation: Act as a credible ambassador for CMI, embodying its values and professional code of conduct.
  • Adaptability: Fulfil job responsibilities professionally, adapting to changing circumstances and reprioritising as needed.

Key Functions:
