Job Overview:
to answer the telephone when required to the company standard, taking orders
reservations and messages to the correct standard
To be competent with using IT applications such as Open table and Micros.
Consistently demonstrate excellent, attention to detail and customer service skills
During each service welcome guest, show them to their table, assisting with seating as required
To know and be able to explain the menu and to advise guests as required
To take guests food and drinks orders, ensuring correct procedures followed by transmission to the kitchen and the supervisor
To ensure courtesy and friendliness to guests and other staff at all times.
To report immediately any guest complaints or problems to the supervisor on duty.
To be willing to participate in training courses and programmes to develop and improve current skills.
