The Opportunity
We seek a dynamic and results-driven Cluster Sales Manager to drive revenue growth across our Holiday Inn Glasgow Airport and the Glasgow Argyle Hotel, BW Signature Collection.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, building relationships with corporate clients and travel agents, and maximising revenue from the group and corporate bookings.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth for the hotel.
- Building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and other key stakeholders.
- Generating new business leads and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Ensuring that sales targets are met or exceeded.
- Working closely with the revenue management team to develop pricing strategies and optimize revenue.
- Preparing regular reports on sales performance and market trends.
- Attending trade shows and industry events to promote the hotel.
Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience working in a hotel sales management role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work effectively under pressure.
- A good understanding of revenue management principles.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- A flexible and adaptable approach to work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
