Key Responsibilities:


  • Leadership and Management: Lead and inspire a small team of designers, fostering a creative and collaborative work environment.
  • Creative Oversight: Oversee the development and execution of all creative projects, ensuring they align with the agency’s vision and client goals.
  • Concept Development: Drive the conceptualisation of innovative and impactful creative ideas for diverse campaigns and projects.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  • Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their needs, present creative concepts, and incorporate feedback.
  • Trend Analysis: Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to keep the creative output fresh and cutting-edge.


Qualifications:


  • Experience: Proven experience in a senior creative role, preferably within an agency setting.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and mentoring creative teams.
  • Creative Vision: Exceptional conceptual thinking and the ability to translate ideas into compelling visual narratives.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts to clients and team members.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage changing priorities.
  • EU Passport: Must hold an EU passport and be willing to relocate to Ibiza during the season.
  • Immediate Availability: Must be able to start immediately.
