Job Purpose:

To provide expert and professional Agile project management services including the ability to run successful development sprints and managing the link between development teams and stakeholders.

You will lead and deliver on key strategic assignments providing project management activities and covering areas such as planning, governance, reporting, resourcing and budgeting.

You will lead, end-to-end, the delivery and deployment of packages of work that incrementally improve the businesses inhouse developed flagship product.

You will contribute and part-own the wider programme delivery plan of the solutions you are engaged on.

You will, as part of the project leadership group, face into the exec board and customers as part of the delivery process.


Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Lead and manage multiple concurrent high-visibility projects using Agile methods. These projects may span across business divisions.
  • Team Efficiency: Consultatively establish processes, tools, and best practices to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Hybrid Approach: Adapt project management approaches to fit large, complex, mission-critical, enterprise-level projects, blending traditional principles with Agile practices.
  • Stakeholder Management: Support the Product Owner in managing customer expectations and stakeholder communications.
  • Risk Management: Identify and manage risks, correct deviations from plans, and ensure timely project delivery.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, Engineering)
  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification
  • Proven experience managing Agile projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Prince2 Qualification or equivalent
  • 3rd party vendor management
  • Azure DevOps for sprint management
