Role Description

This is a full-time, office based position, based in our Charlotte Street office due to the nature of the role. The Receptionist/Office Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring that office life here runs as seamlessly as possible, working with all teams to provide the support where they need it. You'll experience fantastic exposure to not just our senior management team but also directly to our clients.


Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain a positive, safe and comfortable office environment for all employees and client visitors. Be the face of and go to contact for all employees, clients and suppliers.
  • Being the face of the company. As our front of house receptionist, being on hand to welcome and look after our guests/clients on arrival and working on handling our incoming requests by phone and email and acting on these in a promptly manner.
  • Develop and maintain relationships and contracts with building management, facilities management and maintenance. Be the first point of contact for all building related issues, repairs and remain up to do what on what is occurring within the building.
  • Run a reception desk for the office and manage the administrative duties relating to office life and “face of the business” duties.
  • Manage the event calendar to organize quarterly team building events and townhalls, monthly social events and any other adhoc office events or initiatives.
  • Organize the larger summer and Christmas party events


What are we looking for?

  • Min. 18 months’ experience as a receptionist and/or office coordinator or a similar role or function with events experience a huge benefit too.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to deal with matters pragmatically.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills with a strong attention to quality and detail.
  • Ability to successfully multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Be proactive and collaborative.
