The New Crown pub sits in a picturesque stone building in a fantastic location on Newbridge Road within walking distance of the centre of Bath. This great opportunity will benefit from a planned investment to the exterior of the property and the external drinking area at the rear.

You’ll run a thriving two-bar operation with a lounge bar and sports area featuring a pool table.

You’ll also enjoy the benefits of an external drinking area in the rear courtyard, perfect for entertaining guests in the warmer months. With five letting rooms, including three ensuite facilities, you will offer a comfortable stay for guests visiting the beautiful city of Bath.

Ideal publican

We’re looking for a publican who loves people, an experienced operator who will provide fantastic service. You will know your pub classics menu like the back of your hand, keep a delicious cask ale selection, and manage the letting rooms to a high standard.

You’ll also love sports and support fans, creating a fun atmosphere while keeping everyone happy. Ideally, you’ll be involved in the community and passionate about pubs

We love working with experienced entrepreneurs and we’re happy to be flexible with our agreements and products to match your business and vision.

Our Flexible Tenancy agreement offers a piece of mind approach to running your own pub business for a total term of up to 5-years with a flexible notice period. We also offer flexible price bands and release fees which are available.
