The Company

We are one of the largest market-leading specialists in commercial foreign exchange. We offer a range of FX services and products aimed at both corporate and institutional clients globally to help manage their foreign exchange exposure and international payments. We are looking for a proven Partnership Sales Lead with tech-acumen, to join our rapidly scaling team in London . As a senior member of the Commercial team, you will be responsible for establishing partnerships with global Tier 1 organisations.


Sales related activities:

Actively involved in all aspects of the 360 sales cycle:

  • Generating new business, developing relationships, and demonstrating relevant market knowledge to win new business
  • Planning sales calls, meetings, post-call follow ups;
  • Presentations & documentation;
  • Owning/ implementing sales;
  • Post sales follow-Up, repeat sales & upselling;
  • Developing & maintaining strong client relationships (via Dealing team where appropriate).
  • Maintaining current market knowledge (e.g. reading financial press, attending webinars, networking, etc.);
  • Maintaining accurate pipeline and forecast;
  • Meeting set sales targets/ KPI’s on a weekly/ monthly/ quarterly/ annual basis;


Required Qualifications

▪ A BA/BS degree

Proven track record in a B2B sales-driven environment

▪ The candidate should possess a consultative sales approach with excellent verbal and written communication skills;

▪ A positive attitude, strong drive to succeed, determination and persistence

▪ High ethical business standards;

▪ Ability to ask probing questions to understand the needs of a prospect with the skill to appropriately suggest dynamic solutions;

▪ High degree of professionalism, with a confident and assertive style;

▪Understanding of product and market knowledge including FX spot, forwards, and international payments is a plus


Hiring Process

The application consists of a resume and two reference checks. There will be three rounds of interviews: one phone interview, one virtual interview and one in-person round. Applications will be considered on a rolling basis.
