Our client is a market leader in Security systems integration and fully managed solutions. They provide products and managed services to Corporate & Public Sector businesses across a variety of industries in the UK. Globally they have over 200,000 clients. Due to increased demand, they are looking to recruit a new team of Business Development Managers in the UK.


The successful applicant will take responsibility to identify prospects within their territory. You will market and engage with these prospects directly to create strategies and value propositions.


The ideal candidate will have a degree along with structured, new business sales experience for 3 years or more, using recognised Sales Methodology such as Challenger or SPIN etc. Exceptional communication and presentation skills are essential, with the ability to express technical and non-technical concepts clearly and concisely. You will have a proven track record of achievement with evidence of significant new business development success, driven from both self-generated and incoming leads is essential, along with strong organisational skills and the ability to learn new environments.
