Senior Facilities Services Manger (Soft Services)

London, City

Circa £55,000 + Benefits


Our client is seeking a proactive and experienced predominantly Soft Services Facilities Manager to oversee the operational management of all soft services at their London HQ.


This includes Security, Cleaning, Reception, Hospitality & Catering, Document Solutions/Mailroom, Switchboard, Plants & Landscaping, Wellness, and other specialist third-party sub-contractors.


We have worked with client for a number of years (they are a financial services business) and know them and the facilities team very well - some we have recruited for them.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor third-party contractors to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Conduct supplier performance reviews and manage service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Oversee the day-to-day provision of soft services, ensuring consistent standards.
  • Act as the key contact for all tenants, addressing their needs and ensuring a seamless client experience.
  • Manage facilities services projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
  • Set and manage budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and handle financial approvals.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies, and support business continuity planning.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience in a similar facilities management role.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of health and safety regulations, with relevant qualifications preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
