Role Overview: We seek a passionate Advisor with consulting, research, and/or policy experience to join our Climate, Energy, and Environment team. You will manage and deliver projects on Net Zero, energy efficiency, low-carbon technology, water efficiency, sustainable diets, wildlife conservation, and sustainable transport. While based in the UK, you will collaborate with our international teams in Sydney, New York, Singapore, Paris, and beyond, focusing on impactful global projects in high-emitting and climate-affected countries. Some travel opportunities are likely.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality client outputs: evidence reviews, surveys, research guides, and reports.
  • Manage projects to ensure timely, high-standard delivery.
  • Provide policy expertise in energy and sustainability.
  • Manage client relationships professionally.


Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Passion and knowledge of climate and sustainability issues.
  • Experience in producing high-quality deliverables independently.
  • Experience managing consultancy projects and client relationships.
  • Background in behavioural science or related disciplines (psychology, economics).
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage projects and clients effectively.
  • Familiarity with various research methods and evaluation techniques.
  • Experience with field trials and evaluations is a plus.
