About the Role: We have an exciting new opportunity for a Head of Sustainability. You will play a key role in setting and achieving our sustainability and environmental targets, working closely with each contract and our parent company, Vinci Group.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver the sustainability strategy.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental legislation and company standards.
  • Lead behavioral change in energy, sustainability, and environmental management.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to integrate sustainability into decision-making.
  • Promote sustainability culture and knowledge sharing.
  • Manage environmental reporting and targets.
  • Support training and development in environmental practices.
  • Engage with community stakeholders to align with sustainability goals.
  • Monitor and report on sustainability performance.


Candidate Profile:

  • Broad experience in sustainability, including knowledge of PAS2080, ISO14001, and ISO50001.
  • Expertise in UK sustainability regulatory requirements.
  • Strong relationship-building skills across all organizational levels.
  • Experience in complex environments with diverse risk profiles.
  • Degree in environmental, sustainability, or engineering-related fields.
