Tactical Sales Advisor

Tomato Energy, a dynamic and growing player in the renewable energy sector, is seeking proactive and motivated Tactical Sales Staff to join our expanding team. Based in the Midlands, you will be across various locations, promoting our energy solutions to a diverse customer base. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to travel frequently within the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Execution:
- Implement and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed company sales targets within the Midlands.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities by Disrupting the market
Customer Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Present and demonstrate Tomato Energy's products and services effectively to potential clients.
- Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs.
Market Analysis:
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the region.
- Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams to refine and improve the sales approach.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with their Manager to support promotional activities
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure customers receive the best service and product fit.
Travel:
- Travel frequently across the Midlands and working in outdoor locations
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in the energy or renewable energy sector.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the Midlands.
- Valid driver's license.
